i want to say some thing before i start
be optimistic always laugh
laughter is the best and easiest way to enhance ur mood .when a person laughs they rarely get depressed no matter what abstacles encounter them.
michael pritchard said we don't stop laughing because we grow old ; we grow old because we stop laughing" so live life simply and laugh alot .and you will see every thing through different eyes.with out stress .with out
depression 'and with lots of hope
