I believe you are also forgetting that this takes place if Sasuke NEVER lost his family. Take it from the guy who WROTE Naruto. It's true that if Sasuke's clan was never murdered, and he was put on Team 7 with a GIRL, then he would've pursued a relationship with Sakura. Sasuke has lost his family in real life, but can you really blame the poor boy? I mean, thinking everyone is lying to you about your family, watching your own mother and father being killed before your eyes, being only at the age of 16 with everyone wanting to kill you, different people claiming they want to "help" you when really they want you to do their dirty work for them, and you have no one to trust.

Yeah, if all that happened to me in my lifetime, I think I would be in the same state Sasuke is. So don't assume that Sasuke automatically hates Sakura, he doesn't. He just can't trust anyone and if you haven't noticed, he just wants to get rid of everything that caused him pain. He become emotionally attached to his team, and having to sacrifice them for his life's goal must have been hard.

I actually find it funny that you're just LOOKING for reasons to believe that SasuSaku is to good to be true.
