as you have written in English....this is my point of view
First of all the relationship between the mother and her daughter is more than being just to solve a problem of covering the needs its all about the motherhood.
while the way of growing up the child playing a big roll in it therefore this relationship, and the friendship if you call it hath it demands at this situation
you hath mentioned all this theories from non Muslims point of view where are just based searches, hence the for non Muslim countries and mainly on sociological aspects but you hath forgotten the nature of it is the most of important part based on this assumption we should not forget the roles hath covered. This on our religion and what God hath told us
We should always remember what is in our religion first and abandon any other theories and follow its rules
