The president of Iraq has a double or more than two members .the person who took his place he cant scream , because of one reason ,and that because ,he was drugged .when a person is under the influence of drug ,his feeling and mind is shut .so how can he scream and say I'm not Saddam .Another idea is many doctors or plastic surgeon physician who specializes in surgery .can preform surgical procedure on any man and create similar look or resemblance to any person .
