He was about to explain then….he change his mind suddenly and say “yes”, in my opinion, he was about to deny it, but then he took advantage of the situation to joke around with sakura, just look at his expression of “nothing strange is happening here” as like minato’s question was a simple and easy one to answer lol
Plus, every time naruto got teased about sakura in the past he blushed and agreed very happy! What was his reaction to this one? Does he look surprised with the question or anything else? No, not at all…
