"I love you so much to the point it’s unbearable!"

Sakura uses suki (好き)here, which can either be construed as “like” or “love” (romantic). The suki is actually repeated (suki de suki de; 好きで好きで) for emphasis on the strength of her love. The adjective that follows, tamaranai (たまらない; “unbearable”), further intensifies the emotion with which it is confessed. The overall meaning is obvious: Sakura’s heart overflows with so much love for Sasuke that she can’t contain it.
