裏- means background, or hidden side. so this 裏わないと思いますよ　- can translated as “there is no hidden side or hidden secret” that the manga is whats shown/truth.
so my question of “is salad sakura’s child” was met with the response of “there’s no hidden meaning behind it” in other other words, what’s shown in the manga is the truth, there’s not hidden meaning or “secret” behind Salad’s birth.
so Salad calling sakura mama, is just her calling sakura mama. There’s no hidden plot behind her.
in fact the (笑)after that statement is equivalent to a LOL because the fact that I had to ask “is salad sakura’s child” despite the fact that its clearly depicted in the manga is most likely so ludicrous for him, that he even had to tell me that there’s no hidden truth behind salad being sakura’s.
SK Fans please stop trying to give BS “hidden meaning” behind Salad when it’s confirmed by the manga and now Kishi’s assistant that there is no hidden meaning.
