Sorry but I have to correct you about Hinata’s part, actually it’s not what Kishimoto said; that picture is included in the Databook and translating the description to the English (I own the volume) the author say:

“A colored Hinata drawn to act as a guideline. This design of Hinata in civilian clothes appear for the first time in this volume”

And below:

“I drew this just for fun” (title in blank)
“I drew this just for fun. It was to make it clear to my asisstant how Hinata had to be. I had drawn it thinking to the world of Naruto, but in the end came out a very normal girl (laughs)”
