Also his ridiculous Uchiha-like reasoning for his long-term absence from the village and return: when he becomes deeply involved with someone, he goes cray cray upon losing a beloved one –> he wanted to learn how to control that —> now he isn’t afraid of getting involved with others anymore –> time to go home

Other interesting SS-related tidbits:

•Sakura is determined to follow Sasuke when he comes back

•(not sure where this is from) Shikamaru noticing (Sauce’s?) messenger hawk flying above his head and thinking about Sakura (“what do they plan to do…whatever”)
