To mr salman bin abd al aziz about the (things hate to do) example, I hate when the same rep calls the tech desk with the same problem over and over again and you have to re-explain to them that there is a system outtage and they still keep calling tech and you tell them nothing has change in the last 5 min's i can not push the activation through as the activation system is down.
